Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of finleymeds.com and related services operated by Marroway Brands LLC, doing business as Finley Meds ("Finley Meds," "we," "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using the site or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Not a medical provider; no emergency care

Finley Meds provides a technology platform and patient-support services. Finley Meds does not practice medicine or pharmacy. Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians in our provider network, who use their own professional judgment. Prescriptions are filled by independent licensed pharmacies.

The services are not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, located in a state we serve at the time of your consultation, and able to form a binding contract. We do not serve patients located in California. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your identity, medical history and medications. Providing false information may put your health at risk and is grounds for ending your access.

No guarantee of prescription or results

Completing an assessment or paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Your clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate and may decline, change or stop treatment. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Payments, subscriptions and refills

Prices are shown before you pay. If you enroll in a recurring plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. Refills require continued clinician approval. You can cancel future charges as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to obtain medication for someone else, reselling medication, interfering with the site's security, or using automated tools to access it.

Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by Finley Meds or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site only for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The site and its general information are provided "as is" for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Finley Meds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
