Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
Not approved, not charged
If your clinician does not approve treatment, you will not be charged for medication. Any medication authorization on your card is released.
Consultation fees
Consultation fees cover the clinician's review and are generally non-refundable once the review has been completed. If we cannot complete your review, we will refund the consultation fee.
Medication
For safety reasons, prescription medication cannot be returned or resold once the pharmacy has dispensed it. Medication charges are non-refundable after your order is filled, except as described below.
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] and we will work with the pharmacy to replace it or issue a refund.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling (307) 227-1094. Cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Orders already sent to the pharmacy cannot be cancelled.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
